If you’re looking for Valentine’s Day recipes, here are some ideas:
How about strawberries dressed in tuxedos? Maybe a Double Chocolate Bundt Cake with a sticky chocolate ganache glaze? If you have the time, will surely impress! Or you can try my favorite, Devil’s Food Cake with Biscoff Ganache. Don’t have the time, energy or ingredients to bake anything? I still have a recipe for you. With just chocolate and water (seriously, only two ingredients), you can prepare The Best Chocolate Mousse of Your Life under 5 minutes.
Pomegranates are in season. How about a candy-pink pomegranate frozen yogurt?
Strawberries aren’t in season, but this Strawberry, White Chocolate and Yogurt Tart screams Valentine’s Day!
The Double Chocolate Bundt Cake is the best cake in my repertoire. With the sticky chocolate ganache glaze, it is completely irresistible.
Speaking of chocolate, this chocolate cheesecake recipe is a winner.
So are the Korova cookies.
… these Strawberry Tuxedos…
… an orange-scented chocolate and almond cake covered with a lacquer chocolate glaze, called L’Orange…
And “Brownies My Way“!
How about Caramel Beurre Sale sandwich cookies with Henri Le Roux’s “Caramelier” spread in the middle?
Or this Devil’s Food Cake with a Biscoff ganache in the middle, decorated with chocolate shards to look like a million bucks?
And if you really want to impress, take a look at the . Chocolate lace, dear reader, chocolate lace…
You don’t have the time or ingredients to bake any of these? I still have a recipe for you. With just chocolate and water (seriously, only two ingredients), you can prepare The Best Chocolate Mousse of Your Life under 5 minutes.
Happy Valentine’s Day.

Made your brownies this weekend but without milk chocolate glaze: they were just perfect! I thought I might try to add finely chopped candied orange zest – I simply adore the combination of two aromas: bittersweet chocolate and orange – have you ever tried that in brownies?! Have a great V-day and thanks for the recipe! Your photos are delicious as well!

Ivana – Glad to hear you liked it. If you adore the combination of chocolate and orange then you have to try this: L’Orange.
