I also get get some fault messages on the dashboard. I am guessing this may be due to battery issues. I live in San Antonio, so it doesnt get really cold here. I have never used the switch at the entrance to the cab to disable the engine batteries. Should I start doing this regularly? What period of time between engine stop and start before I use it? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I turn my battery switch off every time I shut down, my batteries are now 5 years old and I have never had a problem ( of course I will now since I am talking about it. LOL). __________________ Dennis & Zoleta Retired US Army 2010 Grand Sport GT

Maybe the Force is different, but on my Isata 5, the battery disconnect does not disconnect the chassis battery, only the house batteries. I keep mine plugged into a 15amp power at all times when stored and the charger keeps both the house and chassis batteries in good shape. __________________ 2021 Isata 5 30FW 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor 4x4 (Previously owned a 2017 Isata 3 24FW)

I have two shut offs. One for the house and one for the truck. I get 3 errors SA: 11 ABS SPN: 803 FMI: 4 And SA: 3 Trans SPN 2003 FMI 31 And SA 3 Trans SPN 168 FMI 4 And today, a new one SA: 33 Bulkhead SPN 524255 FMI 7 Doesnt seem like these are battery errors, but the only thing that seems to be wrong is a sluggish start when it hasnt been started in a while.

Also, search the forum Titles Only for keyword BIRD and you will get a wealth of information. The BIRD solenoid is know to go out frequently and some have moved to the BIM which is what is in all the newer models. __________________ 2021 Isata 5 30FW 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor 4x4 (Previously owned a 2017 Isata 3 24FW)

I am always plugged into 15 amp and I never use the battery disconnect. If you are plugged in you should not need the battery disconnect at all. I have never had even a low battery in four years following this method. What dealer are you using for service? Where they the selling dealer? __________________ 2021 Isata 5 30FW 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor 4x4 (Previously owned a 2017 Isata 3 24FW)

If you are paying, I would swap to the new BIM they are using on all the newer RVs. Our 2017 Isata 3 had the BIRD and our 2021 Isata 5 has the BIM. __________________ 2021 Isata 5 30FW 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor 4x4 (Previously owned a 2017 Isata 3 24FW)

I was thinking Holiday World would be where I would head if a need ever arises. I tend to do small things myself. If I ever had a really major issue, I would head to the factory. My selling dealer is further away than the factory. __________________ 2021 Isata 5 30FW 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor 4x4 (Previously owned a 2017 Isata 3 24FW)
